How will I know my deposit amount?
After choosing the appointment type, the deposit is then deducted from the overall balance upon checkout. Deposits for appointments are 25% of the total service cost.
Can I get my deposit back?
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE, we apologize for any inconvenience. Appointments can be reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment time via your confirmation email. Deposits placed for trainings are also non-refundable however can be transferred to a future course date within 6 months if cancelled within 72 hours.
Where are you located?
We are located at Brow Bar Raleigh. The address is 3660 Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC 27604.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Please provide a 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If cancellations or rescheduling occurs outside of the 24 hour window, your deposit will be forfeited and 50% of the service will be charged.
What happens, if I’m late to my appointment?
All appointments have a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes, a call or text will be sent confirming appointment cancellation.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
No call, no show appointments will be banned and charged 100% of the service fee. Please be mindful of our time that we allot to service you to our best ability.
Are children or guest allowed to attend my appointment with me?
Please refrain from bringing children or extra guests for all appointments and scheduled trainings.
